DIRECTIONS
COMPLETELY TWIST OFF TAB and put 1 to 2 drops into affected eyes. Do not pull tab off. Can be used several times a day.
INGREDIENTS
Carboxymethylcellulse Sodium(CMC) 0.5%, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride and sodium lactate. May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
PRECAUTIONS
Formulated for Sensitive Eyes. Discare remaining contents immediate after one time use. If condition worsens after 72 hours of use, experienced eye pain or changes in vision, discontinue use and consult a doctor. DO NOT USE if solution becomes cloudy.
