All sales made through MaNaStore are final and non-refundable. However, we offer exchange services for certain cases, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Exchange requests must be made within three (3) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. Any exchange requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Exchanges will only be processed for items that are defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item in your package.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, and all items must be returned in their original packaging (boxes/bags).

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet our criteria, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

In the event that an exchange is approved, we will provide you with the details on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that there will be delivery costs of up to $18.00 (excluding GST) which will be advised to you accordingly.

We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. By making a purchase through MaNaStore, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this exchange policy.
