By accessing MaNaShop & MaNaStore ("Website"), you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions of use and any applicable laws. The content on the MaNaStore web site is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. MaNaStore reserves the right to make changes to the web site, its policies and these terms and conditions of use at any time without notice or liability. USE OF THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT.

1. Campaign Period

This promotion runs from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025.

2. Eligibility

 

  • The campaign is open to all customers who make purchases on MaNaShop and MaNaStore.

  • A minimum total purchase of $44 from the same account within MaNaShop or MaNaStore during the campaign period is required to qualify.

 

3. How to Win

 

  • The Top 4 spenders with the highest total spending during the campaign period will win.

  • Only completed and successful transactions will be counted toward the total spend.

  • Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will be disqualified.

  • In case of a tie, the winner will be determined based on the earliest transaction timestamp.

4. Prize Details

 

  • Each of the Top 4 spenders will receive 1x Yuwell YHT101 Infrared Ear Thermometer (worth $65.00).

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

  • If the advertised prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

 

5. Winner Announcement & Prize Fulfillment

 

  • Winners will be announced within 14 days after the campaign ends via email or official social media channels.

  • Winners must confirm their eligibility and provide the necessary delivery details within 7 days of being notified.

  • Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  • Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the announcement.

  • The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

 

6. General

  • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

  • The company is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation.

  • By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and the company’s privacy policy.
